Can I order over the phone?

Yes, please call us with details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information so that we may process your order. You can reach us Monday - Friday 10am-6pm PST 310-601-0221.

Is there sales tax on my purchase?

No sales tax for those shopping out of the state of California. CA non tax exempt.

What payment types do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned items in store, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once complete. Email hello@theoptimistla.com for support.

Ground: $10

2 Day: $20

Next Day: $35

Do you ship Internationally?

At the moment we only ship in the United States. Please reach out to hello@theoptimistla.com for accommodations.

Where is my shipment coming from?

All orders are shipped from our store in Culver City, California.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, you are able to pick-up your purchase in store. Select In Store Pick-Up form the shipping options when checking out.

 

Returns

In-store & Online purchases

The Optimist gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for store credit or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Requests for return or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt. All monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
